Having graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Masters of Development Studies with a strong research focus on food and agriculture politics and global food security, Eva is committed to both studying the systemic causes of global food insecurity and advocating for agro-ecological farming methods that empower smallholder farmers and local communities.
Eva has recently moved to regional Victoria, Australia to gain a hands on perspective of what it takes to grow organic food and learn from those who are actively engaged in sustainable food production and regenerative agriculture.
From learning traditional Sicilian recipes in her Nonna’s kitchen to campaigning for Food and Climate Justice, Eva’s love and passion for fair and healthy food is continuously growing.
