Seed Library Finder

A map of over 200 seed libraries across the country!

Are you a member of a seed library? Well if you grow any plants, you should be! For those of you unfamiliar with the concept, a seed library is similar to a regular library. Members check out seeds to plant in their gardens or farms and are then expected to return after the growing season with an equal or greater number of seeds to give back to the bank. This ensures that everyone has access to a variety of viable and diverse seeds. Use this directory to find a seed library near you.

You might also be interested in searching for a local community seed exchange, or find a seed bank where you can purchase heirloom seeds directly.
