Incubator Farms: Paving the Path Out of Poverty

The Agriculture and Land-Based Training Association, or ALBA, is an incubator farm, helping train the generation of farmers while providing them with the resources to get off the ground. In Salinas, ALBA helped Octavio Garcia and his brothers transition from day-laborers earning subminimum wage to managers of their own 6.5 acres of land.
