The Organic Seed Alliance (OSA) strives to secure the future of organic seed by educating farmers about organic plant breeding. OSA has produced four manuals that teach farmers how to breed new organic crop varieties: an introduction to on-farm organic plant breeding and three breeding manuals describing how to crossbreed carrots, sweet corn, and tomatoes.
