Northern California Seafood Seasonality

The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) provides a seafood seasonality chart for Northern California. They only list species that make the cut of "best choices" and "good alternatives" on the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch guide. The chart distinguishes between seafood that is in season and locally caught or farmed, and what can be found at the market but is preserved or imported.
